What is registration fee for competition?

There is no registration fee.

Can I continue to work on my project after applying to your site?

Yes

I have registered my project. However, due to some reasons, I will not be able to attend GISUTECH. Can somebody else take my place?

Yes, another person can represent your project.

How many people can participate in GISUTECH with a single project?

Maximum two students.

Can I participate with more than one project?

No. You have to register with only one project.

Who can participate?

Anyone who is middle, high/secondary and university student.
(University students are restricted from Lego sumo and Lego line follower)

How to register for GISUTECH?

Can I register my project as a student?

All projects must be registered by a teacher or staff member from related school as supervisor.

I made a mistake as I fill out the form. What should I do?

In case a change is required, please email us before the end of the registration date at are responsible for the accuracy of the information they enter during registration. GISUTECH organizing committee will not accept any responsibility for these mistakes

Ugandan Visa on Arrival

The Visa is issued on arrival at Entebbe International Airport. On arrival, the Immigration officer will take your bio-metric information. You will need to pay $50 for the Visa.

You will need to have your return ticket on you for your visa to be approved.

You might also be required to present a Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate to be allowed to enter.

Note:Minors and Children are required to have a guardian or supervisor with them to get the Visa

East African Nationals are not required to pay the Visa fee
